How Do I Resize a Ring?

We offer free ring sizing on all items where possible. Due to the nature of certain stone settings and designs, some items cannot be resized. Please contact us to arrange resizing and include a note with the required ring size in your order.

What condition can I expect the items to be in?

All items we source are second-hand, and as such, may show signs of wear. We aim to restore each item to its best condition before sale and do not list any items that are broken or significantly damaged.

What packaging will my item come in?

All items will be sent in an Antiqua jewellery box. If the original box is available, it will be mentioned in the product description.

Ring Certificates?

The product page will indicate if the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. Additionally, we can provide a jewellery report from a gemmological laboratory upon request with your purchase (charge may apply).

What does the warranty cover and for how long?

We are dedicated to offering jewelry that stands the test of time. Our comprehensive warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our products.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase, including issues such as loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or other production-related defects.

We understand jewelry is meant to be worn and cherished daily, so our warranty also covers damages from normal wear and tear, ensuring your piece remains beautiful and durable.

To ensure worry-free enjoyment of your jewellery, our warranty includes complimentary repairs or replacements for any covered issues. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will assist you through the process.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages from accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or alterations by third parties. It also does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry.

Import Taxes?

While shipping is free, customers should be aware that orders from countries outside the UK may incur import taxes. These additional costs, determined by the respective country's import percentages, are the customer's responsibility.

Jewelry care?

Avoid using ultrasonic cleaning machines for opals, pearls, emeralds, tanzanite, and coral as they can damage these stones.

Clean your vintage jewelry with water, a little soap, and a soft brush. A baby toothbrush or a clean paintbrush works well.

Gently clean using soft, circular motions to clean gems, metals, and settings. Remember to clean the backs of your settings and gems where dirt can accumulate.

Use soft, microfiber cloths to dry and polish gemstones and metal. Avoid paper towels as they can be too abrasive and scratch your jewelry.
