Refund Policy

At Antiqua Jewellery, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK and EU consumer regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • Returned with all original packaging and documentation

As our jewellery is pre-loved, vintage, or antique, natural signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections are considered part of the item’s character and are not regarded as faults.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or customised

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Approved faulty returns will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
